Yes. Two options: (1) Video audit — schedule a 20-30 minute live video walk-through on WhatsApp/Zoom. We open the production floor and answer technical questions in real time. (2) In-person audit — you visit Jiaxing (China) or Skopje (Macedonia) with 48-hour advance notice. We cover on-site hospitality; you cover travel. Large utility buyers (20 MW+) are welcome to book a residency inspector for the full production run at your cost.

All of them. Most commonly: SGS, TUV Rheinland, TUV SUD, Bureau Veritas, Intertek. You book and pay the agency directly; we host for free. Standard scope is AQL 2.5 visual sampling plus EL + flash test spot check. Scope expansion (PID testing, hot-spot testing, long-term degradation sampling) is negotiable based on order size. We've hosted dozens of inspections — nothing you request is unusual.

Yes — our Southeast Asia contract manufacturing line produces UL 61730 / UL 61215 certified modules with non-China country of origin, avoiding anti-dumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) on Chinese-origin panels. For large US projects requiring BNEF Tier-1 bankability, we supply under Tier-1 wrap arrangement. Contact us with your specific UL testing lab requirements.

We are Tier-1 adjacent on technology (same TOPCon/HJT cells, same equipment brands, same IEC certifications, equivalent warranty). We're not on the BNEF Tier-1 list for financing purposes. For projects with traditional lenders requiring BNEF Tier-1 (typically utility PPAs with institutional financing), we can supply as sub-supplier under Tier-1 brand. For C&I, distributed generation, and self-financed utility projects, no Tier-1 wrapping is needed — our direct warranty and certification stand.

Report issue with photos/videos + module serial numbers → 48-hour technical review → confirmed claims result in replacement modules shipped at our cost, or credit toward next order.
