TUV Rheinland
GlobalProduct Safety & Performance
All JUSTSOLAR modules are tested and certified by TUV Rheinland — one of the world's most recognized independent testing organizations. TUV certification covers electrical safety, performance under standard test conditions, and mechanical load resistance.

Global (required for all markets)Crystalline PV Module Design Qualification
Confirms that JUSTSOLAR modules meet international design qualification and type approval requirements. Tests include thermal cycling (200 cycles), damp heat (1000 hours), humidity freeze, hot spot endurance, and UV preconditioning.
IEC 61730
Global (required for all markets)PV Module Safety Qualification
Validates electrical safety requirements for solar modules. Tests include insulation resistance, impulse voltage, partial discharge, fire classification, and mechanical strength under combined loading.
CE Mark
EU / EEA / UKEuropean Conformity
Declares conformity with EU health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Required for all solar modules sold within the European Economic Area (EEA).

United KingdomMicrogeneration Certification Scheme (UK)
Required for solar installations in the UK to qualify for government incentive programs including the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG). Certifies product performance and reliability.
UL 61730 / UL 61215
USA / CanadaNorth American Safety & Performance
UL certification for modules destined for the US and Canadian markets. Meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements including rapid shutdown compliance.
BIS (India)
IndiaBureau of Indian Standards
Mandatory certification for solar modules imported into India. Covers both safety (IS/IEC 61730) and performance (IS/IEC 61215) requirements per the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM).
INMETRO (Brazil)
BrazilBrazilian Standards Compliance
Required for solar modules used in grid-connected installations in Brazil. Covers safety, performance, and product labeling requirements under Brazilian regulations.

Global (battery products)Lithium Battery Transport Safety
Certifies that JUSTSOLAR LiFePO4 batteries meet UN transport safety requirements. Required for international air, sea, and ground transportation of lithium batteries.
6-Step Quality Assurance Process
Every module passes through 6 quality checkpoints before it leaves our factory.
Incoming Material Inspection
All cells, glass, EVA, backsheet, junction boxes, and frames inspected upon receipt. Only materials meeting specifications enter the production line.
In-Line Process Monitoring
Automated optical inspection at cell stringing, lamination, and framing stages. Real-time defect detection with immediate rejection.
EL Testing (100%)
Every single pallet undergoes electroluminescence testing to detect micro-cracks, cold joints, and cell defects invisible to the naked eye.
Flash Testing
Every module is flash tested under Standard Test Conditions (STC). IV curve data is recorded and provided with shipment. Modules are sorted by positive power tolerance.
Visual Inspection
Final visual inspection for cosmetic defects, frame damage, label accuracy, and packaging integrity before crating.
Packaging & Loading Supervision
Custom wooden crate packaging with foam corner protectors. Loading supervised to ensure proper stacking and securing in the container.
Third-Party Inspection Always Welcome
We welcome inspection by SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, or any agency of your choice. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged at our factory at the buyer's discretion and cost.
