Shipping Guide

Everything B2B buyers need to know about shipping solar modules from China — trade terms, container loading, ocean freight, insurance, and customs documentation.

Shipping Terms Explained

FOB Shanghai(Free On Board)

Price includes manufacturing + loading onto vessel at Shanghai port. Buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance. Most common for experienced importers who have their own freight forwarders.

Best for: Experienced importers with existing freight relationships

CFR (C&F)(Cost and Freight)

Price includes FOB + ocean freight to your destination port. Buyer arranges cargo insurance. Good balance of convenience and cost control.

Best for: Buyers who want freight included but prefer their own insurance

CIF(Cost, Insurance & Freight)Recommended

Price includes FOB + ocean freight + All Risk cargo insurance. The most convenient option — modules are delivered to your port, insured. JUSTSOLAR handles the entire logistics chain.

Best for: New importers, African/LatAm markets, anyone wanting hassle-free delivery
