Contact Frank via WhatsApp or email with photos/videos of the issue. Include your order number and module serial numbers.

Technical Assessment
Our engineering team reviews the evidence and determines if the issue is covered under warranty. Response within 48 hours.

Resolution
For confirmed warranty claims: replacement modules shipped at our cost, or credit toward next order. We handle logistics.
Warranty Exclusions
Damage from improper installation (not following our installation manual)
Damage from natural disasters (earthquake, flood, lightning strike)
Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
Normal cosmetic wear (discoloration that does not affect performance)
Damage from abnormal voltage or system faults
Use outside specified operating conditions (-40C to +85C)
