1. Company Information

JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED is a vertically integrated solar energy solutions provider headquartered in Shanghai, China, with manufacturing facilities in China, Macedonia, and Southeast Asia.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are valid for the period stated on each quotation (typically 7 days). Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed upon order placement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Orders under $30,000 USD: 100% T/T prepayment before shipment
  • Larger orders: 30% deposit + 70% within 7 days against copy of Bill of Lading
  • South America, Africa, India: Balance must be paid before shipment
  • Payment method: Bank wire transfer (T/T) in USD

4. Shipping & Delivery

Default shipping terms are FOB Shanghai. CFR and CIF terms are available upon request. Estimated production lead time is 2-6 weeks depending on order size and stock availability. Ocean freight typically takes 25-45 days depending on destination.

5. Quality Assurance

All modules undergo EL (electroluminescence) testing before shipment. Flash test reports are provided with every container. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV, or Bureau Veritas is welcome at the buyer's discretion and cost.

6. Warranty

Solar modules carry a 25-year product warranty and 30-year linear performance warranty. Inverters carry a 5-10 year warranty depending on model. Detailed warranty terms are provided with each quotation.

7. Claims & Returns

Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. All shipments include cargo insurance. We handle the claims process on behalf of the buyer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center.
