JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED was founded in 2011 in Shanghai as a vertically integrated solar energy solutions provider. Frank Yang is the Director and is the primary commercial and technical decision-maker. For buyer inquiries, factory audits, and warranty matters, Frank is directly reachable — no filter. Corporate structure: 50+ employees across our Jiaxing (China) headquarters, Skopje (Macedonia) facility, and SE Asia contract manufacturing partner.
Why do you emphasize 'direct to the Director' so much?
B2B solar purchasing has a structural problem: the person you talk to at most tier-1 brands doesn't have decision authority. They quote, you negotiate, they escalate, you wait, they come back with an answer 3 days later. Our flat structure removes that layer. When you ask 'can you match $0.12/W CIF Manzanillo with 30/70 BL terms?' the answer is yes/no in one reply, not three. Is one person as the main commercial contact a risk if Frank is unavailable?
Fair concern. Continuity mitigation: (1) WhatsApp + email + office phone all monitored 7 days a week, with backup staff covering when Frank is in transit or on audit visits. (2) All quotes, orders, and commitments are recorded in our internal ERP — not stored only in one person's head. (3) For utility-scale orders (5 MW+), we can assign a dedicated project coordinator as secondary contact from the start. Ask for this during the RFQ process.
Do you have independent board members or investors?
JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED is a private company. We don't disclose capital structure publicly, but for utility-scale orders and bankability reviews we can share relevant financial statements, ownership structure, and banking references under NDA. For most distributor and C&I buyers, that level of disclosure is not needed — the published business license + ISO 9001 cert + reference customer list is sufficient.
What's your team's background?
Our core technical team has 10-20 years each in solar manufacturing, with backgrounds spanning module design, cell technology (TOPCon + HJT), QA engineering, and international logistics. Our production lines are operated by trained technicians working in rotating shifts, supervised by engineers. Specific CVs available under NDA for large-project DD. For ongoing engineering queries, our technical team is reachable via email with 24-hour response.
How does leadership handle warranty claims if they occur?
Director-level sign-off on every confirmed warranty claim. We don't delegate this to a claims department because (a) we don't have one — we're a manufacturing company, not an insurance business, (b) quick resolution of legitimate claims is our brand. Process: photo + SN + issue → 48-hour technical review → replacement modules shipped at our cost (typical resolution 4-8 weeks, or 1-2 weeks air freight if urgent).
