Flat structure, faster decisions
No regional-office stack between buyer and factory. Pricing, lead-time, and technical decisions happen in one conversation — typically within 30 minutes. Most Tier-1 brands route you through 3+ layers (regional rep → country manager → factory planner) before any commitment.
The Director signs POs personally
Every proforma invoice is reviewed by the Director before it goes out. No junior salesperson can commit on price or lead time unilaterally. This is both a quality gate and a signal to our buyers: you're talking to someone who can actually decide.
Same point-of-contact from quote to warranty

We don't hide that we're outside the BNEF Tier-1 bankability list. For projects where Tier-1 wrap is mandatory, we structure sub-supplier arrangements honestly. We won't oversell — ask us what we can't do and you'll get a straight answer.

Commercial / Sales
Director-led. Pricing, quote preparation, order follow-up, customer relationship. Multi-lingual (English, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, French via partners).
Production Engineering
Line managers, process engineers, equipment operators. Run the TOPCon and HJT lines in Jiaxing. Work in rotating shifts; engineers are salaried.
Quality Assurance
Incoming material inspection, in-line QC, EL testing, flash testing. Report directly to Director — cannot be over-ridden by commercial pressure on any module.
Logistics / Trade
Documentation, customs paperwork, freight booking, insurance handling. Tracks every container from factory to destination port.
Warranty & After-Sales
Technical review of claims, replacement-module coordination. Director signs off on every confirmed claim.
Macedonia Operations
Local team runs Skopje facility + EPC project delivery for EU customers. Direct reporting line to HQ.
