From cell to container — every module passes the same 9-stage sequence with defined KPIs at each checkpoint.

100% cells IV-sorted

Cell Incoming Inspection

N-type TOPCon / HJT cells inspected by IV curve binning, visual defect sort, electrical classification. Only binned cells above tolerance enter stringing.

<0.05% stringing reject rate

Automated Cell Stringing

Robotic stringing with infrared soldering or busbar-free gluing (HJT). Tab-ribbon tension and alignment optically verified in-line. Cold-joint rejects auto-ejected.

POE encapsulant for HJT (anti-PID)

Layup + EVA/POE Encapsulation

Glass → encapsulant → string matrix → encapsulant → backsheet/glass (dual-glass) stacked under laminar flow. Automated string placement with ±0.3mm XY tolerance.

≥85% EVA cross-linking target

Vacuum Lamination

14-minute cure cycle at 148°C under vacuum. Edge voids and bubbles automatically detected post-lamination. Cross-linking degree verified by inline monitor.

100% EL — every pallet, every module

EL Testing (100%)

Every single module passes electroluminescence imaging to detect micro-cracks, cold joints, broken fingers, and cell mismatches invisible to the naked eye. EL images archived with serial number.

Frame pull-out ≥2400N (IEC)

Framing + Junction Box

Anodized aluminum frames (6063-T5 or 6005-T6) pressed on with silicone sealant. IP68 junction box laser-welded. Diode thermal test before next stage.

Positive power tolerance only

Flash Test + Power Binning

Every module flash-tested under STC (1000 W/m², AM1.5, 25°C). IV curve recorded with module SN. Power tolerance 0 / +5W positive-only sort. Flash list included with every shipment.

No rework policy — fail = scrap

Hi-Pot + Insulation Test

Wet leakage test (IEC 61730-2). Insulation resistance ≥400 MΩ·m² verified. Modules failing reject immediately, not re-tested.

Packaging + Loading Supervision

Wooden-crate packaging with EPE foam corner protection. Pallets stretch-wrapped. Loading supervised — bracing, securing, desiccant placement all checked before container sealing.

Manufacturing FAQ

Are you a real manufacturer or a trader rebadging somebody else's panels?
Manufacturer. We operate our own fully-automated TOPCon and HJT lines in Jiaxing, China, with an EU-origin line in Skopje, Macedonia. We welcome video factory tours on WhatsApp/WeChat/Zoom with 24-hour notice, and in-person audits any time. SGS, TUV, or Bureau Veritas can conduct pre-shipment or DDQ factory audits at your cost — we facilitate.
What's the realistic monthly capacity I can book?
Our China factory runs ~130 MW/month across TOPCon lines. Macedonia adds ~25 MW/month. Typical lead times: in-stock items 5–10 days, production build 2–5 weeks depending on spec and queue. For 20 MW+ orders we block line time in advance; send a firm PO + deposit and we schedule the exact production week.
Can you manufacture against OEM specs or private-label for a distributor?
Yes. Minimum OEM run is 50 MW (custom frame color, junction box spec, or label). Private-label (your brand name on the module label) is possible at any volume — we supply the engineering drawings and you approve. All OEM/private-label modules remain TUV and IEC certified under our factory's certification scope.
Do you accept third-party inspection and at whose cost?
We always welcome SGS, TUV Rheinland, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or any agency of your choice. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is standard — you book and pay the agency directly, we host for free. Common scope: AQL 2.5 visual sampling, EL re-test spot check, flash test verification, packaging inspection. For utility-scale (20 MW+) we can host a residency inspector for the entire production run.
What equipment brand are your production lines using?
Stringing: Autowell and 晶盛 (Crystal Growth) — both industry standard for TOPCon. Lamination: YAC (Japan) and GP Solar (Germany). Sun simulators for flash testing: Pasan (Swiss) class A+A+A+ — the best available. EL cameras: BrightEye. Framing presses: G.A. Fastening. Loader arms: ABB and KUKA robotics. Full equipment list with serial numbers available under NDA.
What's your in-transit damage rate vs industry?
Under 1.2% vs industry average 3–5%. We use wooden-crate packaging (not cardboard), EPE foam corner protectors, FCL-only (no LCL), and All-Risk cargo insurance on every container. We supervise loading — most competitors rely on freight forwarder. If damage occurs, we handle the insurance claim paperwork for you.
