JUSTSOLAR for NEOM
Mega-Tender Module Supply

NEOM, Helios Green Hydrogen, The Line, and PIF-backed Vision 2030 projects represent the world's largest concentrated solar procurement pipeline. JUSTSOLAR HJT 730W delivers the temperature performance, bifaciality, and bankability your tender package demands — with a Tier-1 wrap pathway for packages that require it.

Tier-1 supply pathway: Our Jiaxing lines OEM-manufacture finished modules under NDA for brands listed on the BNEF Tier-1 index. For NEOM packages requiring strict BNEF Tier-1 supply, we offer Tier-1 wrap arrangement (+$0.01–0.025/W). For packages allowing Tier-1-adjacent with full audit access, JUSTSOLAR-brand HJT 730W ships with full IEC + bankability bond at factory-direct pricing.

Mega-Tender Procurement Challenges & How We Solve Them

Honest analysis of what NEOM-class procurement actually demands — and where JUSTSOLAR fits the package profile.

01

Bankability requirement vs cost pressure

Most NEOM tender packages tie module supply to BNEF Tier-1 listing for institutional financing covenants. But strict Tier-1-only restricts competition and raises module costs 12-20% — eroding LCOE under Vision 2030's tight tariff caps.

JUSTSOLAR Solution

JUSTSOLAR offers two pathways: (1) JUSTSOLAR-brand HJT 730W for tenders allowing Tier-1-adjacent suppliers with audit access — full IEC + factory CoC + bankability bond; (2) Tier-1 wrap arrangement (+$0.01-0.025/W) for tenders requiring strict BNEF Tier-1 brand supply. Honest fit assessment per package.

02

50°C ambient kills LCOE on PERC

NEOM's Tabuk Province sees July ambient regularly exceeding 48°C with module operating temps reaching 80°C+. PERC modules at this temperature lose 15-19% from STC rating — directly hammering LCOE on tariff-capped utility offtake.

JUSTSOLAR Solution

Our HJT 730W has -0.24%/°C temperature coefficient (vs PERC's -0.34%, TOPCon's -0.30%). At 80°C cell temp: HJT loses ~13%, TOPCon ~17%, PERC ~19%. Over 25 years in NEOM conditions, HJT delivers 10-16% more lifetime kWh — typically the difference between a winning bid and a losing one.

03

Sand abrasion + dust soiling at scale

Tabuk dust loading is among the world's highest. Soiling losses on poorly-coated single-glass modules can reach 8-15% annually — devastating for Vision 2030's tight LCOE math. PERC backsheet panels also fail prematurely from sand-mediated UV degradation.

JUSTSOLAR Solution

JUSTSOLAR HJT 730W is dual-glass construction (no exposed backsheet) with AR-coated tempered glass on both sides. Soiling losses reduced 30-40% vs single-glass. 85% bifaciality captures sand albedo — recovers 12-22% additional yield. Frame and J-box rated for IEC 61701 salt mist + IEC 60068-2-68 sand & dust.

04

Reference depth + factory audit requirement

NEOM and PIF-backed projects increasingly require: (a) >100 MW deployed reference projects in similar climate, (b) full factory audit access (often by SGS/TUV/BV at developer's cost), (c) extended warranty bonds + insurance-rated bankability letters.

JUSTSOLAR Solution

JUSTSOLAR has 1,000+ containers shipped to 50+ countries since 2011, with reference projects in Saudi, UAE, Oman, Egypt — owner-level reference calls available under mutual NDA for >5 MW prospective orders. SGS / TUV / Bureau Veritas pre-shipment + during-production audits are welcomed at your cost. We provide full DD pack with insurance-rated bankability letter on RFQ confirmation.

How We Support Your NEOM Tender Bid

01

Tender Spec Review

Send us the package's module spec, bankability requirements, and delivery schedule. We assess fit honestly within 24 hours — including whether JUSTSOLAR-brand or Tier-1 wrap is the right pathway.

02

Compliance & Bankability Pack

Full IEC 61215/61730 + G-Mark + ISO certificate bundle. Insurance-rated bankability letter (typical underwriters: Atradius, Coface, Sinosure). Warranty bond + LCOE simulation. Equipment list under NDA.

03

Reference Coordination

For >5 MW package, we arrange owner-level reference calls under mutual NDA. We pre-select projects matching your application (utility / C&I / hot-climate / agrivoltaic) for relevant comparison.

04

Factory Audit Hosting

We host your inspection agency (SGS, TUV Rheinland, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) for pre-shipment and during-production audits at your cost. Common scope: AQL 2.5 visual, EL re-test, flash test verification, packaging inspection.

05

Delivery + Documentation

CIF Jeddah / Dammam / Yanbu. SABER customs platform documentation. Inland trucking coordination to NEOM construction zones (Tabuk, Sharma). Full flash list, EL images, and serial-numbered traceability included with each container.

Honest fit-assessment policy

Not every NEOM tender package fits JUSTSOLAR. Some packages require strict BNEF Tier-1 brand supply with no wrap arrangement permitted. Some require module-level bankability we can't deliver against without our Tier-1 wrap. Send the tender spec — we will tell you honestly whether to bid with us or to source elsewhere. We'd rather decline a bid than waste your tender prep time or risk an EPC default.
