Our Jiaxing production lines do more than supply the JUSTSOLAR brand. Under NDA, we also manufacture finished modules for brands listed on the BNEF Tier-1 index. For distributors, that means our private-label service uses proven manufacturing. For utility-scale buyers, it means our capability is already validated by the industry's most demanding quality gates.

When your project requires BNEF Tier-1
Some utility PPAs, institutional financings, or government tenders have a hard requirement: modules must be from a BNEF Tier-1 listed manufacturer. If that applies to you, a Tier-1 wrap is the cleanest commercial path.
For most C&I, distributed generation, and self-financed utility projects β Tier-1 wrap is not needed. Direct JUSTSOLAR-brand supply is simpler and cheaper with equivalent IEC / TUV certification and 25+30 year warranty. Ask us during your RFQ and we'll tell you honestly which route fits.

- Module packagingYour carton graphics + pallet wrap design. Wooden crate engraving optional.

- Cell technologyTOPCon 182mm / 210mm / HJT. Your choice + our availability.
- Module sizeStandard 72-cell / 78-cell / 66-cell (HJT). Custom layouts at 100 MW+.
- Wattage binningYour chosen power range + tolerance (typical 0 / +5W positive-only).
- BifacialityTOPCon 80% / HJT 85% standard. Can be tuned by glass spec.

- IEC 61215 / 61730Retained under your brand via factory-of-origin filing. Transfer fee may apply depending on scope.
- TUV / UL / CEAvailable under your brand. UL 61730 (for US market) via SE Asia partner line.

From inquiry to volume production

Mutual NDA covers your brand strategy + our manufacturing specifics. Protects both sides before we share production details.
Technical spec alignment
You share target spec (wattage, efficiency, certifications, target markets). We confirm feasibility + pricing.
Sample run
1-2 pallets produced to your spec for qualification + testing. You can inspect + third-party test independently.
Pilot production
1-2 container pilot with full documentation. QA protocol refined based on your feedback.
Certification transfer
If needed, factory-of-origin filing under your brand. Timeline 2-6 months depending on market (IEC first, market-specific in parallel).
Volume production
Monthly production schedule committed. Minimum 50 MW annual volume for dedicated OEM arrangement.
